1. Agreement

By accessing and using Tripulse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Tripulse provides auto recovery, chassis repair, and vehicle tuning services in Malaysia. All services are subject to availability and quotation acceptance.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Liability

Tripulse is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. All services are performed to industry standards. Vehicle stored on premises is at owner's risk.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from service completion. Parts carry manufacturer warranty where applicable.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysian data protection laws and GDPR (if applicable). We will never share your information with third parties without consent.

7. Cancellation

Services can be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment with full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.

8. Changes

Tripulse reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updates.
